Lake Success, New York, May 15, 2002… Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE - PKE) announced that Anthony W. DiGaudio has joined the company as Product Director effective May 13, 2002. Mr. DiGaudio will be responsible for management of a portion of the company's current high volume and advanced technology products. Mr. DiGaudio will coordinate product development activities from research and development project criteria identification through product commercialization. Mr. DiGaudio will report to Steve Schaefer, the company's Senior Director of Product Technology.

Mr. DiGaudio has over 8 years of technical and customer interface experience. Most recently, he served as Technical Manager for Metro Circuits, Division of PJC Technologies, Inc. in Rochester, NY. Mr. DiGaudio received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in 1993.
