NY, November 20, 2000… Park
Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE)
announced that Michael Monnin has joined the company as Director
of Technical Services in Korea effective October 1, 2000. He reports
to Michael Hehl, Vice President of Park / Nelco's Asian Business
Unit. Mr. Monnin's primary responsibilities involve supporting ICT,
the local representative, and further expanding Nelco's presence
in South Korea. He will be developing an in-country infrastructure
to provide customers with real time support in this dynamic Asian
market.
Mr. Monnin has
over twenty-eight years of in-depth experience in manufacturing,
engineering, technical service, sales and marketing for the chemical
and electronic industries. Most recently, he worked for Dexter Electronic
Materials in sales and technical service for the Pacific Northwest
Region. Prior to that, he was the Photec Assistant Manager for Hitachi
Chemical America responsible for product development and technical
service management of photo resists. Mr. Monnin received a degree
in Physical Science from California State University - Fullerton.
