Success, New York, October 3, 2001…Park
Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE
- PKE),
announced that Kent Frazer has joined the company as Senior Director
Global Marketing and Sales RF/Microwave Materials. Mr. Frazer will
be responsible for global marketing and sales of RF/Microwave
printed circuit materials manufactured by Neltec,
Inc. and Neltec, S.A., Park's
high-technology circuitry material business units located in Tempe,
Arizona and Lannemezan, France. Mr. Frazer will report to Jay Grover,
President of Neltec, Inc.

Mr.
Frazer has held sales management positions during the last
twenty-five years for Hadco Corporation, Sanmina Corporation,
Diceon Electronics Corporation, and Litton Industries, Inc.
Most recently, he served as a manufacturing representative
for JPD Industries, Inc. in Temecula, California. Previously,
he was employed by Sanmina Corporation as the business manager
for its business group located in Austin, Texas. Mr. Frazer
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Evangel
College in Springfield, Missouri.
