TEMPE, ARIZONA,
June 25, 2001… Neltec, Inc., a
subsidiary of Park Electrochemical
Corp. (NYSE
- PKE), announced that Denis Boulanger has joined the company
as RF/Microwave Sales and Business Manager North America effective
June 25, 2001. Denis will be responsible for achieving successful
startup and sales growth of RF/Microwave printed
circuit materials in North America. Denis will report to Bob
Forcier, President of Neltec, Inc. and Senior Vice President, OEM
Marketing and Technology, of Park.

Mr.
Boulanger has over twenty years of sales, product manufacturing
and engineering experience and over sixteen years in high
performance and RF/Microwave materials. Most recently, Denis
served as Vice President of New Business Development for Alga
Plastics in Cranston, RI. Previously he was employed by Rogers
Corporation, Microwave Materials Division. Denis received
a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from
the University of Massachusetts in 1988, a Bachelor of Science
degree in Industrial Engineering in 1985 and a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting in 1978, both from the University
of Rhode Island.
