New York, January 10, 2000…Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE)
announced the election of Christopher F. Johnson as Senior Vice
President-Corporate Development of the company.
Mr. Johnson
has been in the electronics materials industry for his entire career.
Most recently, as President of Compositech Ltd. located in Hauppauge,
New York. Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager
of the Printed Wire Board Products operation of The Dexter Corporation.
Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University.
