PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
LAKE SUCCESS, New York, December 6, 1999…Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) announced the election of George L. Frantz as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company.
Mr. Frantz has been employed by the Atlantic Richfield Company since 1974 as an information technology executive in a number of capacities and positions at both the parent company and division levels. Mr. Frantz received a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science in 1974.

Under George’s leadership, we expect our information technology function to play a fundamental role in facilitating our working more closely and intimately with our chosen customers.”
