PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND
LAKE SUCCESS, New York, December 22, 2000...The Board of Direc-tors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) declared a regular quarter-ly dividend of 6¢ per share payable February 6, 2001 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2001.
