PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

Melville, New York, December 15, 2009…..The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE – PKE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable February 5, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 7, 2010.

Park Electrochemical Corp. is a global advanced materials company which develops and manufactures high-technology digital and RF/microwave printed circuit materials principally for the telecommunications and internet infrastructure and high-end computing markets and advanced composite materials, parts and assemblies principally for the aerospace markets.
