APPOINTMENT OF
GREG WESTPHAL AS VICE PRESIDENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Monday, November 22, 2010… Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE)
announced the appointment of Gregory B. Westphal as Vice President of
Research and Development. Mr. Westphal will report to Susan (“Sue”) E.
Macaluso, Vice President of Engineering of Park Electrochemical Corp.
Mr. Westphal had been Vice President and General Manager of Park’s
Neltec, Inc. high-technology circuitry materials business unit located
in Tempe, Arizona since June 2010. Prior to that time, he had been a
Process Development Engineer at Park Advanced Product Development Corp.,
Park Electrochemical Corp.’s research and development unit located in
Tempe, Arizona, since October 2006 and a Process Engineer at Neltec,
Inc. from December 2005 to October 2006. Prior to joining Park Advanced
Product Development Corp., Mr. Westphal held various engineering and
management positions with Insulectro, Oak-Mitsui, Great Western
Chemical, Enthone, Accutronix and Applied Digital Data Systems in
Arizona and California from 1979 to 2005.
