Melville, New York, October 14, 2008…..Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE)
announced the appointment of Thomas A. Pursch as President of Nelco
Products, Inc., Park’s printed circuit materials business unit located
in Fullerton, California. Mr. Pursch will report to Margaret (“Marty”)
M. Kendrick, who was recently appointed Vice President of North American
Operations of Park Electrochemical Corp.
Mr. Pursch had been Vice President and General Manager of Amphenol
Printed Circuits in Nashua, New Hampshire since 2005 and Vice President
and General Manager of Teradyne, Inc. in Nashua since 2002, prior to
Amphenol’s acquisition of Teradyne in 2005. Prior to 2002, Mr. Pursch
served in various management, manufacturing and engineering positions
with Teradyne, Inc. since 1987. For the fourteen years prior to 1987,
Mr. Pursch held various operational and managerial positions with
several companies in the electronics manufacturing industry. Mr. Pursch
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from
Purdue University.
