(NYSE-PKE) confirmed that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., as stated in its proxy statement, at the offices of the Company, 48 South Service Road, Melville, New York rather than in New York City and at 10:00 a.m. as in the past.
