PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

Melville, New York, June 16, 2010…..The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE – PKE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable August 5, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 7, 2010.
