PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND
LAKE SUCCESS, New York, June 8, 2004…The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share payable August 10, 2004 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2004.
Park Electrochemical Corp. is a leading global designer and producer of electronic materials used to fabricate complex multilayer printed circuit boards and interconnection systems.
