PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

LAKE SUCCESS, New York, March 22nd, 2005...The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share payable May 10, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 12, 2005.

Park Electrochemical Corp. is a global advanced materials company which develops and manufactures high-technology digital and RF/microwave printed circuit materials and advanced composite materials for electronics, military, aerospace, wireless communication and industrial markets.
