Melville, New York, March 16, 2006......The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share payable May 9, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2006. Park Electrochemical Corp. is a global advanced materials company which develops and manufactures high-technology digital and RF/microwave printed circuit materials and advanced composite materials for the electronics, military, aerospace, wireless communication, specialty and industrial markets.
